COSMIC LAG (ongoing), is an exploration of creation that encourages audiences to become conscious of their existence, to make them aware of the ‘lag’ they imprint onto the universe. All things move through time and space indefinitely–each passing moment continuously spirals throughout the cosmos. The camera parts included in the installation are meant to navigate these time spirals, which never cease to get wider and broader with various experiences. The Red Camera, captures an image of the viewer when the motion sensor is activated, making them relative to and relevant within these vast spirals.
