Leftover Crack, Days N’ Daze, All Torn Up, Mouth Washington
8:30PM
Leftöver Crack remains one of the more mysterious collectives in the punk rock universe. Fueled by an urgent sense of political purpose, the NYC outfit has been breaking down barriers, preaching inclusivity, and raising all musical-hell since the late 90’s. Formed out of the ashes of hardcore punk heroes, Choking Victim, Leftöver Crack has taken their critically serious message concerning the police state, religion, political corruption, and working-class suffering far and wide with their often tongue-in-cheek lyrics, intense delivery, and smoldering live performances.
LöC ringleader Scott ‘Stza’ Sturgeon and company have enjoyed a rocky career and infamous existence from their early days of being “courted, recorded, subsequently censored and held creatively hostage by former punk record label Epitaph” to their classic Steve Albini collaboration Fuck World Trade, throughout their wasted oughts and into their more focused two-thousand-teens. Now on the heals of their first full-length release in 11 years, Constructs of the State, their urgent message and energetic live shows have grown sharper than ever.
Leftöver Crack will be joined by Houston folk-punks Days N’ Daze, NYC hardcore 4-piece All Torn Up, and Portland post-punk princes Mouth Washington.
