A longtime resident of Portland, Rose Marasco’s index contains glimpses of Portland throughout the decades. The exhibition highlights Marasco’s extensive investigation into the medium of photography, and the remarkable breadth of her approaches to the photographic image. From urban scenes and images of the natural world to intimate meditations on objects of domesticity, Marasco’s mastery of image-making is extraordinary and unique.
