Kindling Fund Awards Celebration

SPACE Gallery and The Kindling Fund are excited to welcome, celebrate, and share the innovation brought to us by the 2018 Kindling Fund grant recipients, as well as the hard work and accomplishments of the 2017 Kindling Fund grantees. The projects funded this cycle range from visually-based experimental performance, to artist-in-residency programs, to digital arts apps, to a print catalogue involving the history of donuts. 

This year’s grantees are Yoon S. Byun, Mali Mrozinski & Jordan D Gehman (aka Doublet Design), Cody Ross, Jenna Crowder/The Chart, Michael Gorman, Deborah Wing-Sproul, Alexis Iammarino, New Fruit Collective, Juliette Walker & Devin Shepherd, Sarah Baldwin, Hankey Jessica, Pilar Nadal/Pickwick Independent Press, and Myron Beasley.

Everyone! Join us from 3-5PM at SPACE Gallery for some seasonal cocktails, catered snacks, and a short presentation from each of the 2018 grantees, presenting their projects.

This is a way for all Kindling Fund grantees to mingle with each other and the public, ask questions, and who knows, maybe “kindle” some fresh collaborations.
