SPACE’s 24th Birthday Party!

We’re celebrating our 24th birthday, and we want to celebrate with you! SPACE first opened its doors on August 2, 2002, and we love marking the occasion with a midsummer party that features art, food, and friends.
Come join us during August’s First Friday Art Walk and rejoice with our two exhibitions — Justseeds Artists’ Cooperative’s We Are Many and Midori Morrow’s Confluence Without Witness.
From 4-7:30 pm, we will also have prints for sale from Justseeds and Printers Without Margins and friends (part of Pickwick Independent Press). And the fine folks at Dear Dairy Ice Cream will be dishing out complimentary scoops while supplies last!
After the Art Walk winds down at 8 pm, join us and our friends at Print: A Bookstore as we host the award-winning author and historian Aaron Mahnke, host of the podcast Lore, as he discusses his new book Exhumed: Unearthing the History of the American Vampire. The event has a $5 suggested donation ticket.
