In her formative years, young Shayna Blumert aspired to become a dinosaur when she grew up, preferably a velociraptor. Upon discovering that this dream was unattainable, she decided to pursue her artistic endeavors instead.
She graduated from Maine College of Art in 2013, and through a series of strange yet wonderful events, became a tattoo artist. Her preferred tattooing style is illustrative, both color and black work. She is quite enthusiastic about projects involving animals, botanicals, and fantasy/fairy tale themes.
When she's not tattooing she can be found playing dungeons and dragons, exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, or caught up in a good book.
