Born in Maine and based in Boston, Arms and Sleepers create “Chamber-quiet, spacious music overflowing with delicate, luminous piano, floating synths, far-off guitars, and warm, crackling percussion.” The group has released 16 albums and EPs categorized by electronic/downtempo/trip hop beats, compelling vocals, and beautiful melodies. They have toured North America, Europe, and Asia extensively, alongside bands like Caspian, Birthmark and Uzi and Ari.

Lymbyc Systym are an instrumental band originally from Phoenix, AZ and now based out of Brooklyn, NY that create “a seamless blend of familiar pop sentiments and complex sonic musings on what pop music can truly become.” They have toured alongside Broken Social Scene, the Books and the Album Leaf, and released a split with This Will Destroy You.

An Anderson will start the night, returning to SPACE after a long hiatus.

Due to a performer’s possible Covid-19 exposure and rain in the forecast, the status of the July 25th Steve Gunn and William Tyler show at Greenwood Garden is unclear. We will update all ticket holders and the public on Saturday, July 24th with more information.
