The Best of Ottawa 2017 is a collection of jury awarded short films and fan favorites from the 41st edition of the Ottawa International Animation Festival, which took place in September 2017.
This year’s highlights include a colourful and hypnotic music video in Mark Lotterman ‘Happy’, a touching look at a father/son relationship in Negative Space, a surreal adventure in an unfamiliar world in Ugly, and a personal exploration of Canada’s indigenous history in Four Faces of the Moon
