Hexadic System Workshop

Ben Chasny of Six Organs of Admittance will demonstrate the basic principles and methods of his Hexadic System,anentirely original music-composition system that utilizes playing cards to break guitarists out of habitual approaches and into unfamiliar tonal worlds. Participants will learn unique composing techniques, work on their own original pieces, and engage in the playful game-elements of the system. The workshop is geared toward guitarists, but open to all musicians. Instruments are not needed. It is free of charge, but RSVP is required, as space is limited. Please do so here.
