Leveret Album Release with Waco Sparkler, Sunset Hearts, Fur

Jesse Gertz first appeared on our stage (floor, actually) in March 2011, opening up for electronic madman Dan Deacon. It was Gertz’s second show ever, so the story goes. In the four years since, Gertz has released a plethora of albums from the endearing indie-pop of Glass Fingers to the subversive beats & rhymes of Heart Munny Son, the introverted, lo-fi acoustic jams of Pink Richard, and the stargazing electro-rock of Leveret, his trio with Cormac Brown and Penn Chan. Leveret celebrates the release of their 2nd LP here at SPACE, with the electro-pop behemoth Sunset Hearts, the perfected garage pop of Fur and the improvisationally-minded multimedia electronic duo, Waco Sparkler.
