Content Strategy At Work
Even if content strategy isn’t in your job description, content’s probably your problem. Your brand has a complicated message to deliver, and you can deliver that message through various channels and content types, from Tweets to testimonials and photo galleries. Your audience has just as many ways of engaging with it. So how do you simplify your message and know where to invest your time, creativity and money to best reach your audience?
Creative directors, designers, copywriters, web architects, project managers, and search engine marketing specialists: join AIGA Maine at SPACE for an evening with content strategist Margot Bloomstein, author of Content Strategy at Work: Real World Stories to Strengthen Every Interactive Project (Morgan Kaufmann 2012). Margot will share real-world examples and approaches you can adopt now—no matter your role in the design or marketing team—to ensure that your content is making powerful, effective and brand-appropriate connections.
