Born in Nairobi and reborn in Minneapolis, the Grammy-nominated songwriter and his historically rooted folk songs come to SPACE with The Jet Stone Conspiracy, the first full-band project tour of his career.

Some transmissions don’t come through a radio. They arrive in a dream, unannounced, and crystal clear.

Born in Nairobi and reborn in America, J.S. (Jet Stone) Ondara’s path has always been one of restless searching — from discovering Bob Dylan in a teenage dispute to teaching himself guitar after moving to Minneapolis alone, eventually earning a Grammy nomination for his debut album Tales of America and sharing stages with Neil Young, The Lumineers, and Lindsey Buckingham.

After years of quiet searching and restless wandering, Ondara returns to the stage transformed. Following his Rebirth Tour, he stepped away from the spotlight, journeying across continents in pursuit of new personal and creative horizons. From that search, he emerges as Jet Stone — his true name — stepping into a new chapter with his new band project, The Jet Stone Conspiracy.

This winter, Ondara will embark on the first full-band project tour of his career. This special run is more than just a series of concerts; it’s an invitation into a world rebuilt from the ground up. A chance to witness a rare moment of transformation in real time. Each night, Ondara, now performing as Jet Stone, will breathe new life into beloved songs from his catalog while offering a first look at new material from his upcoming debut as The Jet Stone Conspiracy.

The nomadic, self-taught, soul searching troubadour Tre. Charles has effectively and dynamically been able to disassemble the idea of an artist needing to be accredited to be accomplished. With an old soul and a fresh perspective, he has cultivated soundscapes and wave therapy on some of the musical worlds biggest stages such as Newport Jazz Festival, TEDx, and NPR while simultaneously staying steadfast in his belief of authentic quality over quantity; and it is with that stance that Charles has acquired cosigns from the likes of GRAMMY AWARD winning artists such as Son Little, Cedric Burnside, and Hip-Hop legends Digable Planets and Arrested Development; of which he has been direct support on a string of sold out shows. The D’angelico Guitars and Supro endorsed Charles’s inquisitive introspection has caught the attention of over 300k listeners across streaming platforms; not to mention the countless listeners he has captivated at venues, festivals, and conferences. His unique sonics have entertained and helped heal those who have listened, and Charles plans to continue that standard with his newest EP, “Here We Are.”, ushering in a new era; elevating his artistry and vision to new heights once again.
