Portfringe

PortFringe, launched in 2012, is a multi-day, multi-venue festival of performances that brings together artists from Maine, New York and Massachusetts and highlights a wide range of eccentric, fun and thought-provoking works under the banner of New England’s only fringe festival. Performances at SPACE include a celebration of the Beastie Boys, an original musical about a humanoid robot, Eagle Scout Jimmy Grzelak’s one-man show, “How to be A Terrorist,” aerial acrobatics, and an encore of the cult favorite, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.” Featuring a late show on Friday that may get, ahem, a little rowdy.
