“To gain freedom is to gain simplicity”

To start making installations of mobiles is the same as the creation of lines on paper implying depth and dimensional form. Simple lines can multiply to shadows on a wall to create a complex system of visual complexity. Working with the overwhelming chaotic nature of design and simplifying its implications is an important visual achievement. Inspired by the curiosity of the modernists Miro and Calder, this installation is a brave outreach of my own artistic research into what compels personal attractions to certain designs and color. Although this piece exists in time right now, it will certainly be taken down and only be a memory, if even. Art isn’t important until the future looks back at an artist’s risk and categorizes it into a place of importance or insignificance.
