Canadian underdog rockers Anvil, who have been toiling away on the path to musical success since the early 1980’s will be opening a pair of AC/DC stadium concerts, effectively launching their careers into “Success” mode. The “demi-gods of Canadian metal” will be the sole secondary support at AC/DC’s Gillette Stadium concert in Boston on July 28th and at Giants Stadium in NYC on July 31st.
We’ll be screening the award-winning documentary, Anvil! The Story of Anvil at SPACE this week, Wednesday July 22nd and Thursday July 23rd with a special opening performance by 3 time New England Air Guitar Champion McNallica. Tickets are still available for both screenings (& the AC/DC shows with Anvil) so get your rock on this summer.
